• Same model can be reused for different animations.
• Only animation price will be charged for additional emotes of the same model.

✒ TOS & USAGE POLICY_{• The artwork on this website is protected by copyright and may not be used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
• By accessing this website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and to respect the copyright of the artwork displayed on the website.
• The copyright holder reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• The artist retains full rights to the artwork.
• The artist retains the right to display the watermarked piece on websites, galleries and portfolios.
• Commissioner will receive a non-watermarked piece but which will include a line of the artist's signature.
• The artist retains the right to use my artwork for self-promotion or sales unless commissioner states otherwise.• Artwork copyrights are retained by The Artist & I retain the rights to reproduce the art in the future. Private commissions are exempted to this rule.
• Commissioner may only use the artwork for personal use.
• Commercial use is not allowed unless agreed beforehand in written contract.
• Please credit me if commissioned artwork will be posted elsewhere.
• Do not claim artwork as your own. Artwork may not be edited without prior permission.
• Artworks are not permitted to be minted as an NFT or any other crypto-related venture.
Anyone caught stealing & editing any of my artworks and/or games to be used for profit (crypto- or otherwise) without prior permission will be subject to DMCA, IP Takedown & Copyright Infringement Takedown Notices. And all profit will be seized & handed over to the respective property owners.
• Likewise, all artworks posted online on any host sites are not permitted to be scraped or used in training or testing of any Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Network or similar datasets & technology. Anyone caught generating AI Art images trained on opted-OUT artworks will be subject to DMCA, IP Takedown & Copyright Infringement Takedown Notices on grounds of plagiarism regardless of how derivative it is.• Any unauthorized use of the artwork, including but not limited to NFT/AI/ML training, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Sketch will be sent first along with Price Quotation.
• Payment should be made after sketches has been shown & revised.
• Negotiations can be made before proceeding with payment.
• Commissions below $50 must be paid upfront.
• For larger sums, partial payment should be made after being shown initial sketches.
• Payment plan of 100%, 50%, 25% or pay what you can is available.
• Painting after a certain stage will only be continued when full payment has been received.
• If you cancel after work has been started, you will receive a refund for the work proportional to what has been completed
• In the event that I will cancel, you will receive full refund.
• No refunds after the work is completed.}♢ WIPS & REVISIONS:_{• You are welcome to ask for WIPs at anytime.
• Only minor revisions are allowed after the sketching stage. This includes coloring, minor details, etc.
• Major or excessive changes will cost extra. This includes changing pose, outfit, entire facial expression, etc.
• Final work cannot be corrected.}
